Your rights
- Access: confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of it.
- Rectification: correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: deletion where the law provides it — for example, data no longer needed, consent withdrawn with no other basis, or a successful objection.
- Restriction: limiting processing while a dispute is resolved.
- Objection: objecting to processing based on legitimate interests, and to any direct marketing (which Cloudworks does not conduct).
- Portability: receiving data you provided, processed by automated means under contract or consent, in a structured, commonly used format.
- Consent withdrawal: withdrawing consent where it is the basis, as easily as it was given — for example, the cookie preference via Cookie settings.
- Automated decisions: Cloudworks makes no solely automated decisions about individuals.
What happens after you submit
You receive a reference number immediately. A person reviews every request — there is no automated triage. Identity is verified only where proportionate and necessary (a request from your own signed-in account rarely needs more). Responses follow within one calendar month, extended only where the law allows with reasons given. If we cannot do what you ask — for example, records the law requires us to keep — we will explain why.
